Can I sue a gun club and municipality for decreasing my property value and making it unsafe, The property is 4 acres beside a lake, on one side and gun club on the other.
Its in the province of Quebec.

The gun club is on the same side as my lots,
when looking at the pictures
the gun club is just behind ,
were I am standing too take the picture of the lake
